There are times in life when we face crossroads. The picture of where we are doesn’t look like we had planned. To stand still and do nothing seems to be a pursuit in mediocrity. One path looks scary and has red flags. Another seems ominous because there is so much unknown. These crossroads usually evoke one common emotion – fear. When you are at a point in life where, “I don’t know” has become a common phrase, remember what you do know. God is with You. Jesus gave everything for You. The Holy Spirit will empower you. Fear is not of the LORD! Turn to Him at the crossroad. Take His hand and stand with confidence. The roads may not be Your plan, but with God, the plans could be better than you imagined!
Father, Life is hard and lonely sometimes. Please help me remember that with You I am never alone; and, because of You, I can and will go on. I love You! Amen
